Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StreamVault. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StreamVault. By creating an account, subscribing to our service or using our platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StreamVault live TV streaming service, website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation or company, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must not use the Service.
These Terms of Service should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and StreamVault.
2. Service Description
StreamVault is a subscription-based internet TV streaming service that provides access to live television channels, sports programming, news and international content via the internet. The Service is delivered through our website and applications available on compatible streaming devices and platforms.
The specific channels, features and content available to you depend on your subscription plan (Basic, Standard or Premium) and may also vary by geographic region due to content licensing restrictions.
StreamVault does not provide cable, satellite or broadcast television services. An internet connection is required to use the Service. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own internet connection at your own expense.
We continuously develop and improve the Service. We reserve the right to modify, update, add or remove features at any time, including during any free trial period, with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
To use StreamVault, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and current information. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to notify us promptly if any information changes.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
- Notify StreamVault immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Log out of your account at the end of each session on shared devices
- Not allow others outside your household to use your account credentials
StreamVault will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each account is for a single subscriber. You may not create multiple accounts or share accounts across multiple households. Simultaneous streams are limited per plan and are intended for use within a single household.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
StreamVault offers three subscription tiers: Basic, Standard and Premium. Each plan includes different features and simultaneous stream limits as described on our Pricing page. You may choose monthly or annual billing.
4.2 Free Trial
StreamVault may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The duration and terms of any free trial will be specified at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable plan fee.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
StreamVault subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise StreamVault to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
4.5 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the applicable fees.
4.6 Refunds
As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable. Where required by applicable consumer protection law, we will provide refunds as legally mandated. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.
4.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your StreamVault subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date and will not be charged again unless you resubscribe. We do not charge cancellation fees.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
8.2 Limitation of Liability

9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your StreamVault account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings and contacting our support team. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
9.2 Termination by StreamVault
StreamVault may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:
- You breach these Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy
- We are required to do so by applicable law or court order
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity on your account
- You fail to pay any applicable subscription fees
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use the Service immediately ceases and you must stop using the Service. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the European Union, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply under the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide you with reasonable notice by:
- Sending an email to your registered email address at least 30 days before the changes take effect
- Displaying a prominent notice within the Service
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
For minor changes that do not materially affect your rights, we may update these Terms without providing advance notice.
